Feeding The Hungry
Let's serve our community.
Join us as we feed our Downtown Hilo homeless community every second Sunday of each month. We deliver food and the good news that they are loved by an amazing God. If you would like to get involved, meet us in front of Connections Public Charter School every second Sunday of the month at 12:15pm.
Finish Strong Ministry - Bingo
Join us at Finish Strong Ministry on February 8, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM for a fun-filled Bingo Day, Potluck, and White Elephant Gift Exchange!
This event is for our community members aged 50 and older, offering a wonderful afternoon of games, laughter, and fellowship. Bring a dish to share and a wrapped gift to join in the White Elephant fun.

Membership Class
If you call Arise your home church, take our upcoming Membership Class and join Arise Church’s family! Joining Arise Church is like becoming part of a family rather than just a member. It's about moving from being a guest to taking on responsibilities, like in your home. Instead of being served, it's about serving and using your talents to build and bless the church, like contributing to your family's well-being.
As Arise Family, you first acknowledge that you are part of God's family and choose to willingly enter into a covenant with this local church family (Arise Church), committing to a higher degree of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS OF JOINING THE FAMILY
Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Agree with the Arise Church Statement of Faith and Core Beliefs
Evidence of a consistent and fruitful Christian life.
Currently not a member of another church.
Completion of Next Steps.
A signed commitment to abide by the Arise Church Family Covenant.
Must be at least 15 years of age.
Must have attended Arise Church for at least three months. (An active member is someone on record giving at least once every two months and consistently attends either in-person or online services)
Small Group Leader Training
Are you passionate about building community and leading others on their faith journey? This training is mandatory for anyone interested in leading a small group for the upcoming semester, which kicks off from February till May. Whether you're a seasoned leader or stepping into this role for the first time, this session will equip you with the tools and guidance you need to create a thriving small group experience.
